About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Tesco team as a Store Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the cash register.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales and service targets, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
