HubSpot is seeking an experienced Cloud-Based Engineering Specialist to join our product team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have a direct impact on the growth of businesses worldwide by delivering innovative solutions that empower them to serve their customers better.

We prioritize both our customers and engineers, dedicating about 20% of our resources to building tools and platforms that enhance your productivity.

Our hybrid work model offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely in the UK or Ireland or collaborate in-office in London or Dublin as desired.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful production code that contributes to user satisfaction and company growth
  • Design, build, and evaluate new features and tools driving revenue and business expansion
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, PMs, designers, and researchers, ensuring everyone's input is valued
  • Work closely with various teams across HubSpot to deliver a seamless user experience
  • Enhance SMBs' success through enhancements brought to life in our products
  • Gain a deep understanding of how HubSpot functions as a business, positioning yourself for personal and professional growth

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per year (dependent on experience)
