**Job Overview**

The successful candidate will have significant experience in C++ software development, ideally in a senior or technical lead role. They will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, designing and refining required features, and implementing features under guidance following coding standards and best practices.

**Estimated Salary:** £65,000 - £85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible holidays, profit-related pay, and an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Design and refine required features to improve both customer and developer experience
  2. Mentor junior developers to help them grow professionally
  3. Implement features under guidance following coding standards and best practices
  4. Undertake research tasks related to the feasibility of approaches or technologies, and potential feature designs

  • Knowledge of Algorithms/Data Structures: Desirable
