**KS1 Teacher Wanted - Join Our Team**

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team in the Great Harwood area. As a Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools, specifically in KS1, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and be able to plan and deliver inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will also be responsible for managing Teaching Assistants and setting high expectations to enable our students to achieve their full potential.

We require the successful candidate to hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and have experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Manage Teaching Assistants effectively to support student learning.
  • Set high expectations to enable children to achieve their full potential.
  • Promote the school's ethos and build relationships with children, staff, and families.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Have experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
