Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement underwriting strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Commercial Property and Liability segments.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and the Underwriting team to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and insurers.
- Support the Head of Underwriting in governance, training, and other key initiatives.
- Extensive experience in Commercial Property or Liability underwriting.
- In-depth knowledge of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
