Environmental Graduate Programme

Welsh Water is seeking talented individuals to join our Graduate Scheme as Environmental Graduates. This exciting opportunity will see you work on key environmental challenges, including ecology, biodiversity, environmental challenges, and survey works.
As an Environmental Graduate, you will be working with local authorities, NRW, and other consenting bodies to identify and mitigate scheme/project risks within our Capital programme. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through various training sessions and projects.
The scheme will provide you with a comprehensive induction, followed by a series of training sessions that will develop your presentation skills, effective team working, resilience, personal branding, time management, problem-solving, and managing difficult conversations.
In addition, you will work on various projects with your fellow graduates, allowing you to develop your interpersonal and leadership skills, while working collaboratively with your peers. You will also have the opportunity to work on key business projects within your specialized field.
