Accounts Administrator Job Description

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for our client in Dublin City.

You will be working in the Accounts office and performing day-to-day bookkeeping duties.

This is a full-time permanent position and would suit a candidate who is looking to move to a fast-paced accounts position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • General Bookkeeping tasks
  • Process PO's and invoices
  • AP/AR reconciliations
  • Filing and maintaining financial records
  • Assist with credit control
  • Financial reporting for management team
  • Preparing year-end audits and revenue returns
  • General accounting administration duties
Main Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping
