At Adobe, we're changing the world through digital experiences. Our team in the Digital Strategy Group (DSG) is shaping the industry's vision by providing strategic advisory services to drive transformative customer experiences and create meaningful business value.

We're seeking a skilled Practice Lead to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of the DSG leadership team, you'll help define the vision for DSG, coordinate the retail & consumer industry ecosystem, and manage a European-wide team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management and Talent Development: Create an environment where your team can thrive, fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity and promotes employee growth.
  • Team Prioritisation: Identify high-priority opportunities for the team to support and manage the pipeline effectively.
  • Engagement Delivery: Lead complex customer-specific engagements, coach the team on customer-centric approaches, and drive results.
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate on industry-specific thought leadership and lead events to raise awareness and promote expertise.
  • DSG Advocacy and Ecosystem Alignment: Build relationships with the wider Adobe ecosystem to ensure DSG is viewed as a valuable partner.
  • Raising the Bar: Foster a culture of excellence, driving high expectations and accountability to elevate Adobe's standards.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: Proven track record in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Industry Expertise: Substantial experience across at least two verticals in Retail, Luxury, Consumer Goods, or Travel & Hospitality.
  • Digital Marketing / Technology: Familiarity with digital marketing and customer experience strategy and execution.
  • Executive Presence: Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Go To Market: Experience in developing GTM strategies and creating value propositions based on customer needs.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Desire to Learn: High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to work with multiple time zones and travel up to 50%.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
