About the RoleAs a Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for working with a caseload of service users, providing assessments, risk management planning, and supporting individuals to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our clinical staff, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide key worker support to service users, including assessments, risk management planning, and goal setting.
- Work closely with clinical staff, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to recovery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and carers to promote a culture of recovery and well-being.
