Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Content Specialist to join our team. As an AI Content Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing machine-generated demonstrations and providing human feedback to train large language models (LLMs). Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality preference data that enhances the accuracy and effectiveness of our LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review machine-generated demonstrations and provide human feedback to train LLMs
  • Work closely with support teams to ensure the highest quality of data generation
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data generation efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor quality progress and investigate variations
  • Support leadership, business, and technical teams by actively participating in training, project management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension)
  • Prior experience of 2-4 years in content writing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or related area)
  • Ability to adapt writing style to suit various style guidelines and customers
  • Understanding of academic integrity (e.g., plagiarism)

A Day in the Life:

As an AI Content Specialist, you will spend most of your time reviewing machine-generated demonstrations, providing feedback, and collaborating with support teams to ensure the highest quality of data generation. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, supporting cross-functional teams, and engaging in training and project management activities.
