Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychology input at Prospect Place, a 45-bed low secure unit for men aged 18-65 with diagnosed psychotic disorders.
Main DutiesThe post holder will be responsible for:
- Providing psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to service users with complex mental health problems, including psychosis, trauma, and substance misuse.
- Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide direct face-to-face clinical sessions and support psychosocial intervention work.
- Supporting the ongoing work in RHS on trauma-informed care and reducing restrictive practices.
- Attending MDT meetings and facilitating regular clinical discussion groups to offer reflective space and develop psychological formulations.
- Providing one-to-one clinical supervision to Psychologists and other MDT members as appropriate.
