**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at James Webber Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our food and beverage operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Supervise a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
