Highly Skilled Welding Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled welding specialist to join our team at Tudor Employment Agency. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in welding and fabrication, with proficiency in working with steel and aluminium, as well as experience with hydraulic systems.
About the Role:
The duties of this role will include creating subframes according to precise engineering drawings and specifications, working with both steel and aluminium to achieve high-quality results, and performing occasional welding and fabrication on used vehicles and cranes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating subframes according to precise engineering drawings and specifications
- Working with both steel and aluminium to achieve high-quality results
- Performing occasional welding and fabrication on used vehicles and cranes
- Producing and constructing commercial vehicle bodies with precision
- Fitting hydraulic pumps and PTOs with expertise
- Utilising overhead cranes to move subframes and materials safely
- Using bandsaws and steelworkers to cut and prepare materials efficiently
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in welding and fabrication
- Proficiency in working with steel and aluminium, as well as experience with hydraulic systems
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive rate of pay, with a salary of £14-£17phr (dependent on experience), and a regular working schedule of 7.30am – 4.15pm Monday to Friday.
