Job SummaryAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
You will be responsible for observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Assist with social activities and events, promoting a sense of community and engagement among residents.
- Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues, promoting a culture of learning and development.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
We offer a competitive salary starting at £12.52 per hour up to £13.27 per hour (depending on qualification), as well as a range of benefits, including:
- Employer pension contribution of 3%
