The Role

You'll be responsible for developing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth in the area you know best. With Nested's comprehensive support, you'll have the autonomy to build your own estate agency empire from scratch. From prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating, you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive your success.

We provide supercharged marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, flyering, and advertising in local newspapers. You'll have the freedom to run your own local advertising campaigns, with our expert professionals on hand to guide you every step of the way.

This all-encompassing role lets you do estate agency your way, leveraging Nested's brand, products, and services to fuel your growth. With estimated earnings of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, you'll have the opportunity to build a lucrative business and achieve financial independence.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in residential property valuation, sales, and customer service.
  • A clear understanding of marketing strategies, budget management, and lead generation.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand values and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong social media skills, although not essential, as we offer training and support.
  • Familiarity with market-leading customer apps designed to enhance communication and streamline processes.
