Job Description

This role involves processing and maintaining supplier financial transactions, including problem-solving and solution management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Training new supplier invoices for automated systems
  • Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
  • Resolving open items and performing GRPO/GRNI reconciliations
  • Handling supplier queries via digital and telephone channels

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a Purchase Ledger role (minimum three years) and proficiency in SAP Business One and Microsoft Excel. Excellent data entry, time-keeping, and organizational skills are essential.
