At Suffolk Refugee Support, we are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Advice Service Manager.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Advice Service and managing a team of dedicated professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our vision of providing exceptional support to refugees and asylum seekers in Suffolk.

We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of our clients. As Advice Service Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our service strategy and ensuring that we continue to make a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of the Advice Service and manage a team of Advice Workers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our service.
  • Provide expert guidance to staff members and other professionals working with refugees and asylum seekers.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to drive organizational growth and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the needs of refugees and asylum seekers in Suffolk.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Experience of working in a similar role or a related field.
  • An enhanced DBS check (to be carried out upon commencement of employment).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
