Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As an Emergency Response Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in need of roadside assistance. Your role will involve working independently and as part of a team to provide friendly help and reassurance, using your excellent communication skills to explain complex issues to our customers.

Your working day will be varied, with opportunities to work on different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. You'll have the freedom to choose your standby hours to suit your lifestyle, and we'll provide you with the best tools and equipment to do your job effectively.

  • You'll need to be a skilled mechanic with a NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
  • A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less is essential, as you'll be driving to different locations in all weathers.
  • You should be happy to work both independently and as part of a team, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
