We are seeking an accomplished Lead Geomatics Professional to drive the development of our advanced survey technologies department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our survey capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing cutting-edge survey solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Staying current with industry developments and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in surveying, focusing on laser and drone surveys.
- Strong technical skills in survey software and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
