About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team on Starling Ward at Richardson Community Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, assessing individual needs, and developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality care to patients, adhering to trust policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Plan and deliver safe admissions and discharges.
- Delegating tasks to other members of the team.

- NMC Pin (adult nursing)
- Positive and motivated
- Effective communicator
- Team worker
- Able to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Keen to develop within the role
- Aware of current drivers within the NHS
