Job Title: Tutor/Assessor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tutor/Assessor to join our team at Able Personnel. As a Tutor/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering Site Safety courses, First Aid Courses, and IOSH courses to learners. You will work with a caseload of learners, inspiring and motivating them to achieve qualifications on time. You will also ensure feedback to learners is accurate and supports their development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Site Safety courses, First Aid Courses, and IOSH courses to learners
* Work with a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support
* Ensure feedback to learners is accurate and supports their development
* Travel to various locations, with a focus on keeping travel local to the home base

Requirements:
* CITB recognised qualification, including Site Safety Plus (Approved Tutor Certificate), Adult Teaching Qualification (AET), or equivalent
* Health and Safety Degree or NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health
* 3 years of health and safety management experience in construction or site management experience in construction or project management experience in construction
* Ability to use Word for Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Must be a car owner/driver

* 23 days holiday + stats, rising to 27 + stats after 6 months
