Maintenance Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Maintenance: Undertake and manage various general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electricity, telecommunications, heat, carpentry, and decorating.
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment and handle basic repairs and maintenance requirements.
  • Building Maintenance: Inspect building structures, equipment, and assets, performing reactive and preventive maintenance.
  • Guest Service: Perform tasks and deliver service with the highest level of discretion, aiming for minimal disruption and inconvenience for guests and visitors.
  • Proactive Approach: Remain proactive and approach tasks and requests with a can-do attitude.
  • Contractor Management: Handle basic repairs and maintenance, coordinate and oversee contractors and external providers, ensuring they work in relation to service agreements and procedures.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain heating, air conditioning, and distribution systems as and when required.
  • Supervision: Liaise with and supervise contractors and external providers to carry out work activities.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in record keeping and keep daily logs of repairs and maintenance of assets and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Language: Good understanding of English written and verbal.
  • Skills: Able to work alone, able to work from heights, and ability to work unsupervised.
