Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
- Turn around bedrooms and public areas to ensure they are ready for the next guest arrival.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel Housekeeping department.
- People management experience.
- Quality and standards driven.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
