General Responsibilities:

  • Identify target demographics, objectives, and desired outcomes for marketing initiatives, ensuring brand integrity across all product lines and communications, while leading post-campaign evaluations and implementing recommendations.
  • Oversee and manage daily marketing activities, including project management, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • Support various internal departments such as Marketing, Social Media, Sales, E-commerce, Education, Customer Support, Design, and International Sales.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the brand, including launch initiatives, promotional activities, email campaigns, advertising, exhibitions/events, and training programs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party agencies, including PR and editorial teams, copywriters, and production partners, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand objectives and guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects within budget constraints.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Degree in marketing or business.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, hair care, or skin care industries.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with a strong creative and analytical mindset.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
