Kitchen Team Leader: The Lounge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team as a Master Chef - Kitchen Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

About the Role:
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels to minimize waste
• Develop and implement menu plans, including seasonal specials and promotions

Requirements:
• Existing Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef with experience in fresh ingredients and menu planning
• Strong knowledge of best practice around rota scheduling and delivery of training for kitchen teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
