Building Control Surveyor

RISE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Control Surveyor to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a range of building control duties to deal with varied projects in urban and rural locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage building control duties, including plan checking, site inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with colleagues, team members, regulatory partners, and applicants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Investigate and enforce compliance with building regulations, providing special advice and guidance as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and architects.
- BSR registration as a Class 2 building inspector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working on a range of projects, with a strong understanding of building control processes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
