Pediatrician Physician

Urgent Response Healthcare is a dynamic organisation seeking an enthusiastic and committed locum doctor at the ST3 level to join our Paediatrics and Neonates team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in managing a wide range of paediatric and neonatal conditions in a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to paediatric and neonatal patients with a high level of professionalism and skill.
• Participate in Ward Rounds and Outpatient Clinics: Engage in multidisciplinary ward rounds and outpatient clinics to ensure seamless care for unwell children and neonates.
• Assist in Stabilisation and Transfer: Collaborate with the team to stabilise critically ill neonates or paediatric patients as required.
• Teaching and Quality Improvement: Participate in teaching, audits, and quality improvement initiatives within the department to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

• NHS Experience: Possess prior experience working within the NHS or similar healthcare environments.
• Professional Qualifications: Hold relevant medical qualifications and be registered with the relevant healthcare authorities.

We offer a highly competitive salary package of £45-60 per hour, dependent on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
