Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Property Department team at FatFace. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of various Store Development and business-specific projects across all territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cost trackers and monitor budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with Contractors, External Suppliers, and Internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and senior team members, including placing orders and scheduling deliveries.
  • Manage warehouse stock inventory and dispatch of products.
  • Liaise with Internal Departments to deliver project requirements.
  • Manage ad-hoc queries and requests from Retail stores and internal departments.
  • File associated paperwork and certificates.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator at all levels.
  • Numerical skills, including monitoring of costs and invoices.
  • Proactive and thorough approach to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of administrative processes.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
