Job Summary: As a Mid-Weight Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of commercial interior projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable interior spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Work closely with senior designers and architects to develop interior design concepts and schemes.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for interior finishes, furniture, and lighting.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management activities, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Client Liaison: Interact with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and present design proposals.
  • Revit Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Revit software for creating and managing interior design models.
  • Research: Conduct research on materials, finishes, and trends to inform design decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on commercial interior design projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit software
  • Excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for interior design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
