This role involves working as part of a team to provide support to children with autism and learning difficulties within a children's home.
Our client offers a competitive salary of up to £35,941 per year, with hourly rates ranging from £14.60 to £15.80 depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Attend staff meetings and supervisions to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Take accountability for decisions regarding the welfare of young people and staff members during shifts.
- Discuss staffing matters with the Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep staff members informed about changes to procedures.
- Provide person-centred support to young people.
- Safeguard vulnerable children and report any concerns.
