We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our Orthopaedics team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our clinical services. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert care to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery
- Assisting surgeons during procedures and maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and theatre efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Experience in surgical scrub roles, including orthopaedics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
