Role Overview

TP ICAP is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, meeting key targets, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, and report any breaches or concerns
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of new business and development requirements
  • Assist the AR team with ad-hoc tasks and provide support as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a finance or operations environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and regulations
  • Previous experience in a similar organization or industry
  • Knowledge of Oracle AR Module or other ERP systems
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis
