Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Property Damage and Recovery team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will advise top-tier international law firms and their clients on complex property damage claims and corporate fraud recoveries. Your expertise will be invaluable in handling claims worth millions, including fire, infrastructure damage, flood damage, and building defects. You will also work on subsidence cases under various property policies, such as commercial combined covers, property owners risks, and construction all risks cover. Your role will involve providing expert advice on non-disclosure and fair presentation of risk, as well as breach of conditions. Additionally, you will pursue recoveries of money and assets stolen through fraud, including injunctive relief. This is a fantastic opportunity for career development in a well-established, multi-national law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on complex property damage claims and corporate fraud recoveries
Handle claims worth millions, including fire, infrastructure damage, flood damage, and building defects
Work on subsidence cases under various property policies
Provide expert advice on non-disclosure and fair presentation of risk
Pursue recoveries of money and assets stolen through fraud
Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Competitive salary of £65,000 DOE + bonus
