Retail Store Manager

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the store management team in achieving sales goals and performance metrics by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
