Regulatory Solutions Team

The Regulatory Solutions team is a critical function within Asset & Wealth Management, responsible for overseeing comprehensive large-scale transformations. Our primary objectives are to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls to optimize our operating platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong senior stakeholder relationships to drive regulatory change and propose solutions to stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Asset and Wealth Management business through analyzing the applicability and impact of new regulatory policies and rules.
  • Collaborate with the team, key stakeholders, and regulatory experts to break down complex problems and drive the timely delivery of analysis and agreed approach.
  • Lead strategic cross-divisional discussions to drive the engagement, impact analysis, and key implementation considerations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years' relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Understanding of asset management products, wealth management investment platforms, and wider operational platforms.
  • Preferred experience in the consulting industry, regulatory change/consulting, and working in the capital markets/asset management practice.
  • Strong change management skills, data analysis skills, and ability to provide creative and innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of owning, designing, and executing solutions for complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral.
