Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects, including cost forecasting, subcontractor management, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of projects, including cost forecasting and subcontractor management.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Develop and maintain commercial reports and dashboards.
- Provide commercial support to project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant qualifications, such as MCICES or MRICS.
