Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of CRANE Case Coordinator. This position is located in a residential unit for high-risk offenders and requires shift and weekend working on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to high-risk offenders in a residential unit setting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the unit
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, colleagues, and external agencies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work shift and weekend patterns
