Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Join Toyota Financial Services, KINTO and KINTO JOIN as a Quality Assurance Manager and play a key role in ensuring the quality and standard of work undertaken by customer-facing functions.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Assurance Specialists across operational areas. You will build, manage, recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team to ensure completion of Learning and Development plans, PReviews, and objective setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Quality Assurance Specialists to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and tools to ensure accurate reporting to Regulatory Assurance, Senior Management, and relevant forums and committees.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and drive change and continuous improvement using the Toyota Ways of Working (TWOW) framework.
  • Collaborate with business areas to improve quality and champion employee confidence.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services/Consumer Credit sector and experience in regulated environments.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a focus on quality assurance and control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across business areas.
