Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
  • Assist with emergencies and pre-planned treatment of patients, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and reviews of patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Administer medications and treatments, applying surgical dressings and providing other forms of care as required.
  • Plan and direct the work of other nursing staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Advise on nursing care, disease prevention, and other relevant health topics.
  • Liaise with management and senior nurses to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6 (or equivalent qualification) in Nursing.
  • Current NMC Pin as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Previous experience as a Nurse, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
