About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Joinery Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for creating and submitting accurate costings and tender documents for high-end residential joinery projects.

Your primary focus will be on estimating costs, managing quoted allowances, and ensuring that all variations and changes are monitored and recovered throughout each project. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating experience in high-end joinery, cabinetry, and kitchen sectors. A strong understanding of CAD drawings and ability to work with architects, interior designers, and private clients is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Create and submit accurate costings and tender documents for high-end residential joinery projects.
  • Manage quoted allowances throughout each project to ensure they are not exceeded.
  • Monitor and control cost variations by accurately pricing and recording their effect on final accounts.
  • Analyse and reconcile all elements of quotations, including estimated hours for design, development, and drawing, making, finishing, delivery, wrapping, installation, and material costs.
Requirements
  • Estimating experience in high-end joinery, cabinetry, and kitchen sectors.
  • Strong understanding of CAD drawings.
  • Ability to work with architects, interior designers, and private clients.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
