Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team at Rekroot. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in leading audits and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits and identify key risk areas to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
- Manage the audit process, including on-site teams, to ensure that all statutory requirements are met.
- Ensure that client deadlines are met and that the audit is completed within budget.
- Report audit progress to the directors and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
- Attend final audit review meetings with the directors and clients to ensure that all issues are resolved.
- Prepare financial statements for clients and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the audit team.
Requirements:
- Part qualified ACA / ACCA / Qualified with a strong understanding of accountancy software packages.
- Experience of supervising staff and leading teams to achieve high-quality results.
- Knowledge of Iris and Xero would be beneficial in this role.
