Sonia Andrews is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Social Media Executive to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to manage and execute our social media strategy across all company channels, ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, a strategic mindset, and expertise in using social media management and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, including content creation and calendar management.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proactively engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining the brand's voice and values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve results.

Requirements

  • Hands-on social media management experience, specifically within an in-house role for a B2C or D2C brand.
  • Strategic & growth mindset: proven ability to demonstrate innovative, strategic thinking with a focus on disruptive and growth-oriented social media strategies.
  • Community management skills: experience in building, managing, and growing online communities, fostering positive engagement and driving brand loyalty.
  • Expertise in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics.
