Job Description:

This Community Healthcare Worker role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in the community. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct patient care and support in the community setting.

  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a community healthcare setting.
  • Valid qualifications in healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a wellbeing allowance worth up to £1500 per annum and enhanced night shift payments for band 5 & 6 roles.
