Quality Assurance Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Site Manager to join our team on a project in Warwickshire, where you will oversee the collation of permits, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate logistics to support project delivery.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a leading provider of railway construction and maintenance services, known for their dedication to quality, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the collation of permits, including Permits to Work, Permits to Dig, and Hot Work Permits.
- Ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
- Coordination of logistics to support project delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or QA role, ideally within construction or rail (site based).
- Understanding of permits and safety regulations, including LOLER and PUWER.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Salary and Benefits: Up to £35,000 or subsequent day rate, 24 days holiday + BH (PAYE), pension contribution (PAYE), and opportunity to join the business permanently following project completion.
