Job Title: Senior Fashion Designer for ASOS Flagship Brand Collusion

Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Senior Fashion Designer to lead our flagship brand Collusion. As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for researching and developing designs for our Womenswear and Menswear collections.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for ASOS and a deep understanding of our target market, specifically the Gen Z customer. You will work closely with our marketing and studio stakeholders to communicate the unique Collusion aesthetic and create links to Gen Z communities and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop designs for Womenswear and Menswear collections
  • Work with marketing and studio stakeholders to communicate the unique Collusion aesthetic
  • Create links to Gen Z communities and influencers
  • Integrate yourself into a focused brand way of working, always thinking head-to-toe
  • Build relationships with suppliers and advise factories on direction, construction, key details, materials, and trims
  • Anticipate the needs of the Gen Z customer, using sales data, customer profile analytics, trend research, and current zeitgeist to deliver commercial product ranges and social and marketing campaigns
  • Create mood and colour boards and share creative ideas to shape and develop the Collusion collection and to create trends for the season
  • Work alongside the buying teams to react to sales information and present design ideas and develop product to drive the range
  • Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the Collusion customer
  • Significant experience in multi-product design within an aspirational brand or high street retailer
  • Previous experience in designing multi-product across casual and smart
  • Photoshop, Adobe, CAD, and ideally hand sketch
  • Comfortable travelling in the UK and internationally for supplier/product development meetings and inspirational purposes
