About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Program Manager to join our team at SEI1GLOBAL. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for leading the production and delivery of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AML Compliance Program: Develop and implement a risk-based approach to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Establish and Monitor AML Systems: Coordinate, monitor, and enhance AML systems and controls to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training to staff on suspicious activity monitoring and escalation, and offer compliance advice to support business objectives.
  • Review and Investigate Suspicious Activities: Review and investigate AML-related suspicious activities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Changes: Stay updated on new AML and Financial Crime regulations to ensure our compliance program remains effective.

Requirements:

  • Compliance Experience: Demonstrated compliance experience with financial crime and AML.
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Knowledge of financial markets, products, and services.
  • International Experience: Experience working in international organizations.
  • UK Corporate Governance: Strong understanding of UK corporate governance.
