**Position Overview:**

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the school's dynamic Drama department, inspiring the next generation of learners. The role entails fostering a love for technology and computational thinking in students, equipping them with essential skills for the digital age.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.

• Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Drama.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama, Information Technology, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
