We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance/Office Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including preparing and presenting financial reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining office policies and administrative systems, organizing meetings and events, and recording office expenditure and managing the budget.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position, a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Accounting Technicians Ireland) or qualified by experience. You will also require strong IT skills, including MS Office, good numerical skills, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work to deadlines, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software is required, and experience of Xero is advantageous. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
