Job Title: Deputy Customer Operations Manager

Reporting into the Customer Operations Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic customer operations team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our online and retail channels.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent delivery of our brand values, live bingo standards, and exceptional customer service. Your expertise and experience will be crucial in driving new initiatives, creating a culture of excellence, and fostering a team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer operations professionals to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys across online and retail channels.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing customer operations teams, ideally in a gaming, leisure, or retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
