**Company Overview:**

A modern, independent veterinary practice in Cranham, Essex, seeks a dedicated and skilled veterinarian to join their team. This primary care practice is committed to providing exceptional veterinary care and a relaxed work environment for its staff.

**Salary and Benefits:** £45k - £60k DOE, RCVS and VDS paid for, £1500 CPD allowance, 4 weeks holiday per annum, and a 4-day working week with Wednesdays off.

**Job Description:** As a Veterinary Surgeon at our practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including consults and surgeries. You will be part of a strong team that values camaraderie and collaboration, with time to focus on your own cases and professional development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** Ideally 3 years of experience, interests in imaging and internal medicine are an added bonus. A kind and empathetic approach to client communication is essential.
